Our exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange. Refunds are not allowed.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned before 30 days after purchase. To complete your exchange, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org . Purchase receipt will need to be attached.
Some products are exempt from being returned or exchanged: Steel mug, porcelain mug and thermos.
In case an item is damaged, and to be able to provide a solution, a notification will need to be sent as soon as the package is received by the costumer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If your request is approved, then your new order will be processed and automatically prepared to be sent to you.

SHIPPING FOR Exchanges
In case the items are defective, damaged or we sent the wrong size, both return and new delivery expenses will be covered by TOIC. In case you feel you have ordered the wrong size, TOIC will also cover the delivery expenses in this first exchange. Any other delivery expenses (A second change of size or switching for another item due a change of heart from the client) will be covered by the client.
